My wife and I own and own and operate Jiffy's Pizza & Homemade Ice Cream in Incline Village. Located in the Raley's Center in Incline Village, Jiffy's has been serving the Kings Beach, Crystal Bay, Incline Village area of North Lake Tahoe the best pizza and now Ice Cream available for over 35 years. Jiffy’s was established in 1987. I purchased the business in 1996 from a gentleman whose family operated a pizza restaurant in one of the Burroughs in NYC. So our recipes are solid, from NYC. I haven't altered them in any way. A number of years ago, we were voted the best pizza in North Lake Tahoe. We make our dough fresh daily with a Hobart mixer and use only the highest quality mozzarella cheese & ingredients along with the freshest of locally grown produce. We bake our pizza on what is considered the industry standard, a Bakers Pride Stone Deck Oven. A must for baking NY or any style pizza for that matter. If you know pizza, you know that's the biggest part of creating a really great pizza. No conveyers. We do it old school. Is a bit labor intensive, but we have always taken pride in serving such a quality product. Stone deck oven, it is a big deal.

Homemade Ice Cream:

I added Homemade Ice Cream to this location. Never before did I have that. With an Emery Thompson Batch Freezer. I buy a mix from a local dairy it’s the best Ice Cream ever kind of Ice Cream. I slow churn it with quality additives. A special ice cream product like this will be a stand out memory on your Tahoe Vacation. It’s one of those, do you remember the ice cream at that pizza place we got in Tahoe. Kids and parents alike go crazy over it. See me actually make the Ice Cream in the Ice Cream and Deserts page.

Dining Room:

We have a very nice, super clean, comfortable, spacious dining room. Bright, with huge windows and 2 large TVs for watching a game with great quality sound for background music. A very relaxing environment to enjoy a pizza, beer, or glass of wine with friends and family. We rent our dining room for private functions. Times of the year and holidays can limit this service, but normally we can accommodate your request. We do numerous rehearsal dinners and birthday parties. We are pretty much the only place in town to offer such a service. It is $150 and hour, with a 3 hour minimum. Plus food and beverages. You can not bring outside food in. Food is ordered off our menu. Also add 15% for gratuity for food and beverages.

Our outdoor seating is very comfortable overlooking Tahoe Boulevard.

About Kings Beach:

Jiffy's pizza delivers to the Kings Beach area. Kings Beach residents know Jiffy's well as, since our inception in 1987, we have served the Kings Beach residents the best New York-style thin-crust pizza in the area. Kings Beach has an interesting history as in the 1920's it was purchased by Joe King, a gambler from Truckee with winnings from a high limit poker game that took place at the Pastime Bar in Truckee. Joe won the money or actual land itself, it's unclear, from a wealthy San Francisco real estate developer Robert P. Sherman. Sherman owned most of what is now the Tahoe Vista area to the Nevada Stateline. He lost the Kings Beach parcel to Joe King. A one-eyed poker player from Texas.

The actual beach, Kings Beach, is one of the nicest beaches around. It is a tourist mecca in the summer. There is ample parking and much demand for the public beach as many beaches in the North Shore of Tahoe are private. Kings Beach has many downtown shops and restaurants within walking distance to enjoy after a great day at the lake. . In the summer, they offer weekly concerts at the waters edge. They are very popular so get there early. Tahoe City and Incline offer similar events, and all are very popular as well. After a great day in Tahoe, an evening of relaxing music on the beach. Pretty nice!!! Check local publications for times and location. Like I said, Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline offer such events.

About Crystal Bay

Between Kings Beach and Incline Village on the California state line is where you find Crystal Bay. The Crystal Bay Club is where much of the North Shore nightlife happens as they hold many live shows in the summer and winter. The two casinos and many live bands throughout the year offer the visiting tourists, especially those of the younger persuasion, much to do in Kings Beach, Incline Village, Crystal Bay area. Particularly in the evening.

For a daytime family activity, it would be the Stateline Fire Lookout hike in Crystal Bay. It is an easy low impact hike with a wonderful view of the lake. Access the trail from the parking lot across the street from the Crystal Bay Club. Super easy low impact 10-minute hike to wonderful views of our beautiful lake.

About Incline Village

Incline Village is the nicest community on Lake Tahoe. Its laid-back vibe, lack of summer traffic make it the ideal summer location. In the winter, leave Incline Village on Mt. Rose Highway, and 6 miles up, you'll find premier sledding for the little ones at the Top of Mt's Rose. Cross country skiing and snowmobiling are also very popular in that area. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is again geared to families and adults alike. Beginner to advanced skill level skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the terrain, and breathtaking lake view runs with views of the lake that will take your breath away. Every bit as good as the views from Heavenly.

In the summer, Incline Village comes alive. Our walking path at the south end of town stretches nearly 5 miles to Sand Harbor is just a fabulous low impact hike or bike right along the shore of Lake Tahoe. Three years to build and 25 million dollars later, it is one of Incline's most popular things to do. It is first class. Be aware, people do say in the heat of the summer it get’s hot for dogs paws and your out there a few miles so do be aware. We know many of you have brought there dogs along..

For those looking for a bit more challenging hiking, the Flume Trail is one of the most popular hikes on the lake. Again, take your breath away views of Lake Tahoe abound. Monkey rock is a very popular hike with a little vertical thrown in for those looking for such a challenge. I have linked a couple of videos for you to understand a bit more about both.

Incline Village Championship golf course is as good as any around. There are some very nice courses in Truckee and a nine-hole course in Kings Beach. But if you are in Incline and golf is on the summer agenda, no need to travel. The Championship course is exceptional. And our Executive Mountain Course for those not looking for such a challenge is also exceptional. Enjoy your visit to Incline Village/North Lake Tahoe.

For winter travelers, leave Incline Village on Mt. Rose Highway, and 6 miles up, you'll find premier sledding for the little ones at the Top of Mt's Rose. Cross country skiing and snowmobiling are also very popular in that area. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is again geared to families and adults alike. Beginner to advanced skill level skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the terrain, and breathtaking lake view runs. The views of the lake will take your breath away. Every bit as good as the views from Heavenly. A short 15 minutes away is Mt. Rose ski resort and just 25 minutes to Squaw and Alpine. 20 minutes to Northstar if your looking for a bit more challenging mountain. I personally think the trip to Alpine and Squaw are worth the added time.. Just my opinion..

Enjoy your time in Beautiful Lake Tahoe!!!
